| 抄録別表記: | The goal of the clinical experiences in the Adult Nursing Dept.(AND)is that the students will learn the nursing process which involve assessing the pt's problems, planning the nursing care, implementing the plans and evaluating the nursing care. To accomplish the goal, the AND requires the students to wrinte the nursing process for each patient assigned. In order to enhance student's leaning how to write this process down, the AND has made an "STUDENT GUIDE BOOK FOR NURSING PROCESS". It shows how to individualize nursing process and how to write down those phases. In 1981, we revised this guide book. The purpose of this revision is for that the students will not see the each phases separately, but to see them as a continued process and its relation to each phases. In this article, we present the revised guide book and the results of our inquiry to the students. It seems this revised guide book accomplished the goal of the clinical experiences of the AND and students seems to learn the process as a whole. |
