抄録別表記: On this second report, we are to describe of those 11 factors found in varimax rotated factor matrix, and to analyize some of influencial valiables in details. Followings are the Factors appeared in this order; 1st factor = Communicability 2nd factor = Working environment 3rd factor = Credibility 4th factor = Empathy 5th factor = Demanding attitude 6th factor = Working conditions 7th factor = Satisfaction on compensation and job evaluation 8th factor = Work constraints 9th factor = Job satisfaction 10th factor = Work overload 11th factor = Expectation on promotion We integrate 7th, 9th & 11th factors to name "Satisfaction" and 2nd, 6th, 8th & 10th to form "Formalization of work content" to become influencial valiables to other factors. In conclusion we would like to make clear in suggesting the followings for the improvement in effective nurse leadership. 1) Because of low scores in both 3rd factor "Credibility" and 5th factor "Demanding attitude", it is recommended to give intensive training in leadership focused on these two aspects. 2) Exceptionally high scores shown in both 1st factor "Communicability" and 4th factor "Empathy" are analized. When there are less use of decisions makings and of analytic efforts, they scored highly naive character of nurse leaders. 3) Characteristics of nurse leaders' satisfaction are described. In order to develop leadership among nurses, it is suggested that expanded and extended roles for nurses in the future is important. 4) It is important to note that they should be given more of freedom and of deligation in everyday function to be more effective leaders. 5) 1 to 5% of significance are shown according to the groups by posts, ages and others in relation to each 11 factors.
