| 抄録別表記: | The effectiveness of the teaching-learning process using the video tape recorder(VTR) was examined and discussed for the practice of changing linen of the bed with the patient in it. Eight students performed the above practice twice without receiving instructions from the teachers. Their performance was recorded by the VTR. The measurement of the effectiveness was taken based on the students' self evaluation and the evaluation by the teachers. The results and discussions were as follows:1. The total evaluation score in the second practice was significantly higher than the first one by both evaluations. To use the VTR for feedback was found effective.2. The students' preparations for the practice beforehand had no relation to the teachers' evaluation. It was necessary to examine more details about the quality of the students' preperations.3. By analyzing the content of the evaluation, we could find out the detaild condition of the students' skills.4. Using the VTR in the teaching-learning process facilitated the students' self awareness and motivation to their next action. In conculusion the teaching-learning process using the VTR is found effective to acquire the nursing skills involving the student's cognitive and affective ability. |
