| 抄録別表記: | The purpose of this study was to inquire the efficiency of amended nursing program to minimize a blood pressure fractuation rate for ambulation. On the basis of prior research findings, a sample of 5 surgical patients with hypertention were tried in amended nursing program which was reinforced relaxation for ambulation. In order to inquire the effciency of amended program, the fractuation rates n circulatory system of the patients in this group for ambulation were analyzed and compared with two control groups, one which received first nursing program and the other which received a regular nursing care. The conclusion obtained were as follows:1. From supine to standing posture, systolic and diastolic blood pressure fractuation rates were founded to be lesser in the amended program group than two control groups.2. Systolic and diastolic blood pressure fractuation rates were lesser after laying down from standing posture in the amended program group than two control groups.3. In the amended program group, systolic and diastolic pressure show smooth exponential curve in the process of recovery from its transient rise due to postural change.4. Pulse fractuation rate retured more quicker upon lying down in the amended program group, even though the rate was greater upon getting out of bed. The significant findings of this study indicated a need for more extensive evulation of other program into the use of relaxation as means of minimizing a blood pressure fractuation for surgical patient with hyper tention. |
