| 抄録: | 本研究は、健康な成人が、日常のセルフケアを、どのように意識し、コントロールしているか、そしてそれが精神の健康とどのように関連しているのかを調査したものである。 対象者は、75人の健康な成人である。調査の結果、男女とも意識してコントロールしている日常生活行動は、食事であり、あまり意識していない行動は、清潔(歯磨き、洗顔、入浴など)であった。睡眠に関しては女性の方が男性に比べてより工夫してコントロールしていた。また、男性は、仕事やつきあいを最も重要だと考え、仕事を中心にセルフケア行動をコントロールしていた。女性は、職業を持っているかどうかによって重要だと考える日常生活行動が違っており、専業主婦は、家事、食事を重要だと考え、コントロールの中心にしているが、職業を持っている女性は、仕事が最も重要だと考えていながら、仕事中心のコントロールをすることは少なかった。 心の健康度が弱まると、睡眠がコントロールできにくくなり、食事や清潔は、比較的コントロールされやすいという傾向にあるということが明らかになった。 この研究は限られた対象で行われたものであるので、さらに一般化できる実態調査が必要である。 |
| 抄録別表記: | This study aimed to find how physically healthy adults were actually doing self care and how self care activities were related to their mental health. A convenient sample of 75 self-defined physically healthy adults was interviewed with questionaires. The results indicate that both men and women consciously control their eating activities while they do less to the keeping hygine including brushing teeth, washing face, taking bath and so on. Women pay more attentions to elimination and sleep than men do. Men tend to view the work and social interaction as the most important and control other self care activities accordingly. The self care control on daily activities among women is depending on their work. Housewives tend to assume that the housekeeping and eating activities are the most important and control the rest activities accordingly. Women with the full time job tend to view the work as the most important but do not control daily activities accordingly. When the mental health is at stake, the control of sleep becomes difficult first, but the eating, cleaning and eliminating activites tend to be under the control. |
