| 抄録: | 本研究は、Orem/Underwoodのセルフケア看護モデルを枠組みとして、健康な一般成人の日常生活のセルフケア行動の実態、およびセルフケアに影響を及ぼす個人的特性を明らかにすることを目的としたものである。開発、修正した｢セルフケア調査票｣を用いて一般成人343人を対象に、郵送法による質問紙調査を実施し、量的分析を行った。その結果、成人のセルフケア行動全般の実態が明らかになった。また、個人的特性のうち、性別、年齢がセルフケアに影響していることがわかった。性別については、男性は生活の中心が仕事であり、仕事を軸にして日常生活をあまり意識せずにコントロールしているのに比べて、女性は生活を自分のために楽しんでおり、意識的にコントロールしていることがわかった。年齢については、若いうちは活動的で生活が不安定であるが、年齢が進むにつれて生活全般のパターンを一定に保とうとしており、その境目が30代であるということがわかった。 今後、人がセルケア行動を変容していかねばならないときの看護援助方法を開発していくためにも、具体的なセルフケア行動と抽象性の高い精神力動理論との関連について明らかにしていく必要があるだろう。 |
| 抄録別表記: | This study aimed to find the actual situation of self care activities among healthy adults and the individual factors of self care. The conceptual framework used in this study was the Orem/Underwood self care nursing model. The convenient sample of 343 healthy adults responded by mail to the Self Care Questionnaire that was developed and amended by the authors. The results indicate that the sex and age are significant individual factors for self care activities. Men tend to view the work as the most important and control their daily self care activities accordingly more unconsciously. Women enjoy their daily life for themselves, and control more consciously. Young adults'life is active and unstable. With the progress of age, they try to maintain their life pattern regularly. The border between the younger and the elder groups is 30's. In the future, we would like to find the relationship between self care activities and psychodynamics of individuals, and then to develop a nursing care model for helping people to change their self care activities if needed. |
