| 抄録: | 学生部では、学生部の重要な役割･機能の一つとして就職支援体制の設備とその充実にむけての活動を行ってきた。今回、これまで学生部が取り組んできた就職支援体制の現状を分析するとともに、支援体制に関する学生の活用状況と評価を行い今後の就職支援体制充実のための課題を明らかにすることを目的にアンケート調査を行った。 その結果以下のことが明らかとなった。1.学生部のガイダンス･個別相談は、おおむね学生の就職活動に役立っているという評価が得られた。2.支援設備の活用について、学生の多くは本学独自の資料と一般的な情報誌の両方をバランスよく活用していた。3.進路を決める上で決め手となったこととして、待遇や所在地などの労働条件のほか、看護の理念や現任教育システムなどをあげていた。 以上の結果をふまえ今後学生部で行う就職支援体制へのいくつかの課題が明らかになったので報告する。 |
| 抄録別表記: | The Student Support Department has been engaged in establishing andimproving the employment support system as one of the important roles and functions the department is expected to play and execute.This time, research was conducted to identify the potential challenges and improve the employment support system for the future by analyzing the current employment support system that was established and improved by the Student Support Deperatment.The research also focused on determining the degree of utilization and evaluation of the support system by the students.Based on the results, it is suggested that:1.guidance programs/individual counseling organized by the Student Support Deperatment are generally assessed as useful job hunting activities, 2.students utilize employment support tools such as data prepared for their use and journals providing general information on recruitment, and 3.students determine their course of life after graduation and after considering working conditions such as treatment or location of the working site, nursing principles or on-the-job training programs.Some challenges for the future employment support system revealed by the research are discussed in this article. |
