| 抄録: | 保健推進員が、保健推進員活動においてどのような意味づけを獲得したかを明らかにするために、保健推進員16名を対象にインタビューによる質的な因子探索型の研究を行った。 その結果、獲得した5つの活動の場「健康に関心を持つ場」「知識を獲得する場」「友人を獲得する場」「広く認められる場」「様々な人とふれあえる場」と、2つの意味づけ「発見の喜び」「関わりの中から得られる充実感」が抽出された。参加者である保健推進員が、5つの活動の場と2つの意味づけを獲得したことから、保健推進員活動は、保健行動を獲得させ、自己の存在を確認するといった特徴的な機能を持つことが考えられた。看護専門職は、こうした要素を持つ活動であることをふまえた上で､支援することが必要と思われる。 |
| 抄録別表記: | Sixteen volunteers who participated in the health-promotion activities of F city in Japan, were asked semiconstitutional questions to study what the volunteers acquired from participating in the health-promotion activities. The results showed that Participants were found to have acquired five different areas:(1) the member became interested in health-related matters; (2) the member acquired healthy behaviors; (3) the member gained many new friends; (4) the member had a close partner; and (5) the member was highly regarded by others. Volunteering in health-promotion activities meant two things to the participants: (1) the volunteer felt fortunate to be able to study health and health behaviors; and (2) the volunteer had a sense of fulfillment and gained friendships, partnership and confidence. These five areas that health-promoting members acquired through their interactions with the people in the community, were beneficial for the members own health behavior and for their own recognition of the need to set a personalized standard that is necessary for the health-promotion activities. Nurses who work with these members must be aware of these matters so that the members can perform their health-promotion activities effectivety. |
