| 抄録: | 子どもに対する看護婦の態度や関わりは、その後の成長発達に影響を及ぼすと言われている。殊に、苦痛を伴う処置を受ける子どもに対して、看護婦はどのような態度で関っているのだろうか。 本研究は、処置場面における看護婦の態度を明らかにし、研究の今後の課題を検討することを目的とし、過去6年間の処置場面における子どもの行動･反応とそれに対する看護婦の関わりについて文献検討を行った。 その結果、以下の四つの点が明らかになった。 1)海外と比較して、国内では、看護婦の関わりに関する研究のうち、介入の効果についての研究が少ない。介入の効果を評価するためにも、測定用具の開発が必要である。 2)処置場面における子どもの行動･反応は、ほぼ明らかにされており、その行動や反応には、個別的、生理学的、心理的、状況的、社会的等、様々な要因が関連している。 3)子どもと看護婦のそれぞれの行動･反応は、ある程度明らかにされているが、処置の一連の流れの中での子どもと看護婦の行動･反応の関連性は未だ明らかにされていない。 4)処置場面における看護婦の行動傾向やパターンといった、態度に関する研究は行われておらず、何も明らかにされていない。 これらの結果から、処置場面における看護婦の態度について、まず態度の実際を明らかにしていく必要があると考えられた。また、子どもと看護婦の行動や反応の関連性について、処置の流れの中から探っていく必要があると思われた。 |
| 抄録別表記: | Nurses' attitude and their intervention,especially during procedures with pain,affect children's growth and development. The purpose of this research was to determine the future direction of research by clarifying the nursing intervention during procedures.The literature review from the past six years was done regarding children's behavior and their responses to the procedures and the interventions of nurses. The results are as follows: 1)In comparison with other countries,surveys coucerning the nursing intervention were a few in Japan.The methods of measurement should be developed in order to evaluate the effects of interventions. 2)The individual,Physiological,situational,and social factors are significantly related to the children's behavior and their responses to procedures. 3)The relevance of the behaviors and the responses between children and nurses is not completely revealed. 4)There is no survey concerning the nurses' attitude such as their behavior tendency and patterns in procedures. In conclusion,it's necessary to clarity the nurses' attitude.The relevance between children and nurses'behaviors and responses also should be investigated in the natural flow of procedures. |
