| 抄録: | 本研究の目的は,Rodgers(2000)が提唱する概念分析アプローチを参考に,People-Centered Careと
いう概念を明らかにすることである｡研究データとなる文献は,CINAHLを中心としたデータベースから
収集した｡分析は,Rodgers(2000)の概念分析方法を基に行い,People-CenteredCareの概念の定義,
属性,先行要件,帰結について検討した｡
概念分析の結果,People-CenteredCareの属性は,1)人々が主体であること(①人々に焦点を当てるこ
と,②人々を巻き込むこと),2)健康増進を目標としていること,3)コミュニティとの協働であった｡先
行要件は,1)健康や社会に関連した問題,2)ケア提供者と消費者の役割変化であった｡帰結は,1)コミュ
ニティの発展(① エンパワーメントの高まり,② コミュニティにもたらされる利益),2)ヘルスケアの質の
向上･健康増進であった｡そして,People-Centered Careの定義については,明確に論じている文献が認
められなかった｡
本研究の結果から,People-Centered Careとは,｢人々が主体となり,専門家と協働しながらコミュニティ
における健康を増進していくこと｣と定義できると考えられた｡更に,運動療法に取り組む虚血性心疾患患
者におけるPeople-Centered Careについて考えると,それは,医療の専門職者が,地域の人々と協働しな
がら,虚血性心疾患患者がコミュニティにおいて主体的に心臓リ-ビリテ-ションに取り組めるような環境
を整えることであると推察された。 |
| 抄録別表記: | The objective of this study was to clarify the concept of "people-centered care" using the concept analysis
approach proposed by Rodgers(2000). References analyzed in the present study were extracted from databases, primarily the CINAHL database. The definition, attributes, antecedents, and consequences of "people-centered care" were analyzed using Rodgers' concept analysis method (2000).
Results of concept analysis on people-centered care:
Attributes: 1) people are the principal component (① focuses on people ; and ② involves people) ; 2)
primary aim is promotion of health; and 3)involves collaboration with community. Antecedents : 1) health-or society-related problems; and 2)changing roles of care providers and consumers. Consequences : 1)
community development (① increased empowerment; and ② benefits to the community); and 2)improved
quality of healthcare and promotion of health. However, no studies to date have clearly defined people-centered
Care.
Based on these results, people-centered care can be defined as follows : people collaborate with specialists
to improve community health. In terms of people-centered care for ischemic heart disease patients on exercise
regimens, medical specialists collaborate with individuals to arrange an environment in which ischemic heart
disease patients can take a proactive approach to cardiac rehabilitation within their community. |
