| 抄録: | 聖路加国際病院産婦人科では,出産のための予期的指導は,妊婦健診と母親学級の場で行われてきた｡し
かし,ハイリスク妊婦･就労妊婦が増加し,来院者数も増加する一方の外来妊婦健診の場では従来のケアは
できず,母親学級でも出産予定者全員には対応できない｡そこで,2003年6月より,当院出産予定妊婦全
員に対して, "妊婦が安全に安心して出産に臨めるように" "外来と病棟との継続ケアができるように" とい
う目的で,外来助産師が外来受診時に個人面接を開始した｡今回,2003年12月に,現在行っている個人面
接の効果を検討するため質問紙調査を行った｡その結果,個人面接は,｢出産に関する情報が得られる｣と
同時に,｢さまざまな相談ができ,安心して出産に臨める｣と大部分の妊婦に受け入れられていた｡今後は,
この調査結果をもとに,提供する情報の内容の検討,場所,時間,面接担当者の確保を考えて,よりよいケ
アにつながるよう,よりいっそうの業務改善をしていきたい｡ |
| 抄録別表記: | Midwives of at St. Luke's International Hospital educate pregnant women at the outpatient clinic and provide
parenting classes for mothers. Recently, the numbers of high-risk pregnant women, working pregnant
mothers, and outpatients of the department of obstetrics and gynecology are increasing; however, the midwives
at the outpatient clinic cannot care for all the pregnant women equally and give them enough perinatal
information. From June of 2003, the midwives at the outpatient clinic started private meetings with all
pregnant women who were going to give birth at St. Luke's International Hospital. Their goals were: ① to
help all the women prepare for a safe delivery with less fear and ② to continue the care between the outpatient
clinic and the inpatient unit.
The purpose of this survey was to examine the effectiveness of the midwife's private meeting with each
woman at the outpatient clinic. Most of the subjects considered the private meeting as an important
opportunity to get perinatal information and to share fears and personal problems with the midwives. As a
result, they could prepare for their delivery with confidence. In order to improve the quality of the meetings,
the midwives should standardize the content of the perinatal information and set a time and place for the
meetings that will guard the women's privacy. Moreover, the program would benefit from an increase in the
number of midwives who consult with the pregnant women. |
